Many punching machine manufacturers want to know how many times a high-speed punch can punch per minute. Depending on the stroke, tonnage and speed, the speed of a high-speed punch ranges from 3000 to 300 times. 25 tons generally reach 200-1200 times, 40 tons within 800, and 60-80 tons 400.

Generally, a high-speed punching machine can reach thermal equilibrium after working for about 2 hours, and the clearance of the moving parts is stable, and there will be no abnormal conditions such as biting and pulling. The high-speed punching machine should continue to work and reduce its load. It is recommended that the load is about 60% of the nominal force to ensure the rigidity of the machine tool.

1. The air pressure is too high, causing the machine to keep moving. Solution: Check whether the pressure of the high-speed punching machine pressure gauge is normal, or the pressure regulating valve is abnormal. 2. The high-speed punching machine hydraulic pump is damaged. Solution: Replace the pump with a new one.

2. The internal part is not clean, causing the machine to keep moving. Solution: Disassemble and clean it.

3. The air pressure is too low, causing an emergency stop. Solution: Check whether the pressure of the high-speed punching machine pressure gauge is normal, or the pressure regulating valve is abnormal. 5. The oil currently used in the high-speed punching machine does not meet the requirements. Solution: Refer to the oil specifications on the nameplate on the left side of the high-speed punching machine, and then purchase and replace it.

6. The overload solenoid valve is damaged. Solution: Replace the solenoid valve with a new one.

7. The oil tank is leaking. Solution: Check whether the high-speed punching machine oil tank is broken or the screws are not tightened.

8. Lining loss. Solution: Disassemble and check whether the lining is aging or damaged.
